Common Name (DE) : Bittersüßer Nachtschatten
Common Name (FR) : Douce-amère
Habitat : hedgerows and on moist grassy banks beside rivers, streams and ponds
Remarks : Called Climbing Nightshade in the U.S. where it is introduced and is considered invasive. The berries, which appear in autumn, turn gradually from green to bright red. They should not be eaten.
